These are a few of my favorite things

Michael LOVES to help me with laundry. His favorite part is to unload the dryer so that he can climb in....
so here's the classic "dryer picture."

I love to clean! Swiffering and sweeping are my two of my favorite things to do :) Sometimes I can't decide which one to do so I get both!


Other times I just get going and clean, clean, clean!


I love to play "ssoooo big!" and peek a boo (unfortunately, I don't have a picture of that yet).
I also LOVE to eat blueberries and this picture shows it quite well... got it on my bib, around my mouth, oh my eyebrows and forehead... we'll probably find it in my nose OH and behind my ear because I probably asked a question while eating :) (Which I put my right hand up to my ear when I have a question such as "what do you mean?" " Where did you go?" )

Learning to walk in Washington!!! His first steps were at right at 9 months, but it only took a couple weeks before he really started to figure it out. By 10 months, he was doing really well. (August - 10 months)

1 year old!

My... where does time go? I thought about starting this blog 6 months ago... yikes, here's our next attempt!

So, Michael had his 1 year birthday (over a month ago now) and what fun it was to celebrate a full year of laughs, smiles, tears, and just plain fun. We sure do love our Little Man!


We had a little party for him with our friends and let's just say he had no idea how to "smash" a cupcake. Mommy had to do it for him so he looked a little bit messy :) But his friend, Adelynn, sure knew what to do!

Starting to blog?!? Really?!?

So... I have been thinking about starting a blog for a while now, gah... I don't really know where to start?!?! So much is going on.. We'll see... this is my attempt to start... wish me luck.
